Contract and Payment
Once we’ve agreed on the project details, you’ll receive a customized contract. This contract will spell out terms like the scope of work, pricing, timelines, and any special requirements. Payments can be made through PayPal, and all transactions are in Dollars.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the final deliverable, you can get a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. All refunds are processed using the original payment method— PayPal. Please give us up to 7 business days to process your refund.
Termination of Service
Either you or we can terminate the service agreement, but the conditions for this will be outlined in your individual project contract. If there’s a breach in these Terms of Service, we have the right to immediately stop providing services.
Communication and Turnaround Time
We offer unlimited revisions to make sure you’re happy with the final product. If you have concerns, refer to your individual project contract for details on our refund, delivery, and cancellation policies.

Copyright Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the project contract, all compositions, recordings, and productions remain the copyrighted property of DaveDaddario.com until the final payment has been received. Once the payment is complete, the rights to the music will transfer to the client, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
Dispute Resolution
Should a dispute arise, both parties agree to work together in good faith to resolve it. If we can’t resolve it through discussion, we’ll use an agreed-upon alternative dispute resolution method.
Confidentiality
We keep all your project details confidential and use them only for the project you’ve hired us for, unless you give us written permission to do otherwise.
